All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days from the time of purchase. Please note that orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 to 3 business days (available for selected locations).

- Shipping Fees: For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
4. Shipping to International Locations
Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We are working to expand our international shipping options and will update you once these services are available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment’s progress. You can also log into your Scentlly account to track your order at any time.
6. Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that unexpected delays can occur due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such circumstances.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or missing items, please contact us immediately at support@scentlly.pk. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
